Oh my, such pretty bling…

And it’s on my finger

Today has been a VERY good day….Sweetie and I got up this morning, took one of our doggies to the Vet for a check up, and then came home to do some lawn and house work. (We’re sooo domestic *G*). This afternoon, we went out to Chapel Hill to stop at our favorite jewelers to pick up the ring you see above. We’d picked it out two weeks ago before Sweetie’s trip to Boston, but promised we’d not say anything to anyone.

I lost that bet. I have such a big mouth…but hey, when it’s such good news, it’s HARD to not tell!

So, this morning, I woke up Sweetie’s girlfriend…tonight, I’m going to bed his fiancee`..and in about six months, I’ll be his wife. Mrs. Sweetie

Yeah us!

I’m still trying to sort out all the things I want to say – and as I sit here and listen to Sweetie type frantically, I’m wondering exactly what all is on his mind (and going into his own journal….) But there will be lots going on in the next few weeks and months, and I’m sure we’ll all be talking about it

Right now, I’m off to stare into the sparkles And grin. And bounce…and just enjoy this day.
